Injunction order passed in TPS

I have probate certificate still sub-judge passed an injunction order against me that i can't do construction in my home until disposal of title partition suit over the same property.
What can i do now? Whether probate certificate has no importance??
Please advice what can i do now. It tortures my mind every day and makes me lose faith in justice.

If you have the probate certificate in your name then submit that in the court and let the court know that you are the rightful owner of the property. Please be advised that as long as there is a case on a property the judge has the right to pass an injunction/stay order

Probate certificate give me right to administer my property.
Then how subjudge stop me construction? It means probate granted by ADJ has no right?
