One of my sister got ancestral property site has a gift deed 10years ago last year my sister passed away now my aunty file the case to cancelled the gift deed but my sister has 3 small kinds and my brother in law taken home loan and he biult the biulding for rent, still loan is there after my sister death my aunty only taking rent now my sister kids and bro-in-law facing problems whether this properti will go to my aunty or my sister kids and her husbend pls do the need full.
