Please help and guide me to get the agri land in my name, i am ready with the remaining money.

I am from Hubli, Karnataka and the land is at Vellore, Tamil Nadu

Thanking You

A.Dear Client
Did you make any agreement for sale when you paid the advance amount? If yest then on the basis of that agreement you can send the seller a legal notice followed by a civil suit to either perform the act of sale or return the money.
