Agri land dispute

Respected Sir / Madam,
I, Pradeep Kumar from Hubli (Karnataka) have paid ₹ 5,00,000/- on 14-09-2021 for a agricultural farm land of area 73 cents, Had to pay remaining ₹ 50,000/- to the owner and ₹62,000/- as Stamp duty and other charges, due to my financial condition I had requested for a mo tha times and now have arranged the money but the seller refuses to move forward and complete the process, he is neither returning the money nor accepting the remaining ₹50,000/-.
Please help and guide me to get the agri land in my name, i am ready with the remaining money.
I am from Hubli, Karnataka and the land is at Vellore, Tamil Nadu

Did you make any agreement for sale when you paid the advance amount? If yest then on the basis of that agreement you can send the seller a legal notice followed by a civil suit to either perform the act of sale or return the money.
