Documents seller has to provide

I am in Bangalore. As I understand, a seller must provide originals of - Sale Deed, Khata Extract Document along with Car Parking letter as received from builder and possession certificate as received from builder, Encumbrance Certificate, NOC from society and NOC for Bescom meter transfer. Am I also obligated to provide Loan closing certificate and Discharge Deed originals to purchaser? Please suggest
A.In my humble suggestion, a builder cannot physically provide you the originals of the documents, however, he may give you a NOC and other certified copies instead.

Since the documents related to several flats as such it is physical impossible for the builder to hand over the originals to you but he may provide you NOC and other certified copies.
