RCR with fake evidence

Hi, I filed divorce case and then my wife filed RCR + interim maintenance petition and included a fake courier receipt to show that she sent lawyer's notice before my divorce petition to prove that my divorce petition was in retaliation to her lawyer's notice for RCR. Is it the case of prejury ? Can a section 340 be filed ? Can we get RCR and interim maintenance case dismissed ?

mere allegation do not survive in court unless proved with hard evidences. First make a investigation about its authenticity and then act accordingly. In the meantime move an application in the high court directing the lower court to hear both application together. Generally Court gives an opportunity to the parties to come to conciliation, if the court finds there's no scope for reconciliation only then it will proceed to hear the divorce petition.
