Property issue - grandmother has registered sale deed
1 year ago
My grandmother has registered sale deed of her property in my name in year 2015. However now she claims that she has not done it willingly and we have forced her to do that. Iam afraid if she has right to cancel the sale deed and go against me?
A.In my humble suggestion, your grandmother has a right to do so. Thus, it is advised to resolve your issues and try to convince your grandmother.
