Partition deed for house (floor wize) Partition deed for house (floor wize)

Being in a joint family we own a house.Mostly my father has invested in the property.Currently it is a single floor house but, now I want to extend it.so we have decided the property to be divided in such a way that the ground floor belongs to each shareholders as each has their respective rooms. Now as far as the extension of the house is concerned we want it in a floor wise division.i.e the one who will construct the first floor will be entirely his property and so on.
Kindly suggest me with legal procedure in executing this process.
Thank you.

A.If all of you have agreed to terms of settlement then get it executed by a Family Settlement Deed or Partition deed. Else file a partition suit.
