School Property issue - land in my name
I've some land in my name in a School,The School committee and others are ganging up to get it from me anyhow. They are organising a meeting to short out the issue.Pls tell me what they can do legally to get it from me and what should I do in this case
A.In my humble suggestion, since the land is registered in your name, you are the real owner of the property an have all the rights related to that property. There is no need to worry about the ganging up by the school community. Your land cannot be taken unless you agree to it.

A.Dear Client
If the land is registered in your name then you are the legal owner of the land and no body can take that away from you without your consent. In case they come up with some resolution against you then you need to get in touch with a lawyer to take further steps.

A.If you want to give the land in favour of the school then you can register the same in your favor or else you can enjoy your own land... You need not to worry about such threats from them... If anything serious occurs then immediately approach your local police station for help.
