Hindu Property rights of 1st wife.

A person has 5acers of land.
After his death.
How property is shared between
* 1st wife she has no children.
* 2nd wife she has 2sons.
A.Dear client, the first wife still exists or is dead at the moment? Does the law recognise the second marriage? Because as per the Hindu Law one can't be married twice without getting divorce or when the first marriage is still not dissolved. Hope it helps!
