Is any rules for my mother and sisters for my grandfathers properties?

Hi sir, my father was died on 2/2002 and my sister's are all married by 2002. Now I want to clime my father's fathers properties. Is any rules are there for clime equal share in properties of my grand father for my mother and sisters sir.
