Can resident welfare association members impose miscelleaneous fines on tenant of the society?
Also on what basis these fines can be imposed and to what amount.
A.Yes they can, but they have to give reasons and to what they're charging the miscellaneous fees, and if valid they have to show where all the expenses are going.

A.Dear Sir,
The Housing Society has no authority to impose any fine on the tenant directly but it has some powers against his members that is the owner of the flat.
