I have a land registered on my father name near highway where my uncles is also my neighbors there land is on highway and mine is just back side of them to reach in my land there is a backside road so they also opened a door in my use that space and use that backside road since 15 years i have a room present in my land which is totally owned by us and in 2022 Jan we change the land use from agriculture to residential and try to construct but as they are local and living there they stoped us to do the construction and now they opened 2 more doors in my land and demanding a 25×25sqf of land and another 4 feet passage to use backside road now what can i do.

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to the Civil Court and file a suit for injunction and get appropriate stay order against your uncles.
