Land dispute - My grandfather sister had no child Land dispute - My grandfather sister had no child

Dear Sir,

My grandfather sister, had no child. She passed away long back.
After her death her property (Farm lands) were taken care by my grandfather. The farmer who was looking at those lands passed away and his sons have now taken hold of those lands.
They are not sending any rent of that land. I am 29 yrs. old and I was not aware about this as my father and my uncle never discussed it with me. My own family was under financial crunch, because of which action was not taken against this till date. Now it's more than almost 40 yrs.

Please let me know is there a way out for taking my lands back.

Anik

A.Dear sir, in my humble suggestion, you should immediately file an eviction title suit against the farmer's sons before a jurisdictional court or before SDO court and also raise mesne profits as well as rent from the sons.
