sir,
i am buying a property from blind lady She is Unmarried 50 Years Old, She is Staying at Elder Brother's House.

The Property Holder is Her Mother Written a "WILL" in 1997 to her Blind Daughter after her Death.

Her Mother Died in 2008, The Present Property Holder is the Blind Daughter, The Present Property is in "ASSIGNED LAND" That's Not Registered Present Day.

How to Buy a Property from The Property Holder, what's the Document Required From Property Holder Please Explain?
