My Uncle migrated to Indore City to develope their family to the highends & they succeeded.
Suddenly my father is now Heavenly.
I requested my Uncle to please sell/gift us their property of Ara to us & he agreed with some their interests.
Which we accepted.
What termology should be in floor:
1. With Power of Attorney
2. With Sell Deed if any
3.Or any other

Note:- My land is under Khas Mahal term.
Thanks & Regards.

A.Please get a Sale Deed executed. Mention the sale consideration correctly and pay the correct stamp duty. Further, Please mention absolute sale. and that the seller has no rights on the property in future. In the recitals, mention all that happened from the time of purchase of the property by your grandfather. Schedule should be clear. The Survey No., extent, address, boundary and measurement of the land and building should be clearly mentioned and if any approval was obtained for construction etc that should also be mentioned. The sale deed by which your grandfather purchased the property should me mentioned clearly. The date of his death, his legal heirs, the date of death of your father, his legal heirs, all should be mentioned.
