Because they work together and my father had faith in his older brother he never realized that his own brother can cheat him in future. My uncle and aunt always shown partiality with our family. But now after realization my father with his family wants to get separated from my uncle's family.. and wants equal share in property. But my uncle is not agreeing to share the property even after so many humble requests. What legal action can I take against my uncle to get an equal share and how can I help my father by giving him Justice. I really need help. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION. Our full family is going into depression.PLEASE HELP.

A.Dear Client
What was the legal document created to transfer your grandfather's property to his name by your uncle? What you need to do is to prove in the court of law that your uncle fraudulently has transferred all the ancestral property in his name. Try to file a partition suit in a civil court and then establish the fact that what he did was wrong.
