My bought a house on loan ground floor, we are ll together 5 siblings . Later me and my other 2 sisters build another floor by pooling in all money. Later since it was very small my mother and my siblings decided we sell of the house and buy another bigger land and bulit a bigger house. So , as everyone agreed we sold of the house and bought another land . My only brother cunningly while registering the land he registered on his and another sisters name. After few years we decided a built a house , each floor on their own , now my sister and my brother are refusing my share . My brother brain washed my mom and sister , cos i married and my husband has a flat already they decided not give my share . I have spent lots of money on that house . I am really heart broken that my own mom and suster and brother are doing this. Can i file a case on them ? I dont know anything about law cases..please help

A.Dear Client
In case you are able to prove that your brother cheated with you and got the property (land) registered in his name along with one sister then you can get back your share. For this you will have to file a title suit and provide sufficient proof to the court about the fraud committed by him.
