Gair marusi possession
My father was gair marusi kashatkar of my uncle property from 1994 till his death 2019. My brother is cultivating land but did not get girdawari changed in his name. Can uncles heir evict my brother and stop him farming.
A.Dear Client,
Since the land is not in your brother's name, he can be evicted by your Uncle if your uncle wishes to do so. Do the needful and change the land tenancy to your brother's name as soon as possible to avoid such a hassle.
Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.
