Builder not coming for property registration

My father purchased a row house in 1998, paid all the value at that time, sale deed was made on stamp paper of Rs 1000/- index II copy is also given, but the property is still not registered, by the builder, so many times he promised but did not appeared in the office of sub registrar..now what is the solution since we want to sale this property ?

There is a contradiction in your statement. One one hand, you are saying that the property has not yet been registered, whereas, on the other hand, you are alleging that you have got Index-II of the said property. Here I would like to let you know that Index-II is such a document which is issued by the registrar office at the time of registration of any property, which comprises of all the relevant details of the particular property. So how is it possible to obtain the Index-II without getting the property registered? It is highly recommended to contact a good legal practitioner from the Vidhikarya platform at the earliest possible.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir without registration u can't get index 2 . How it possible without registration u get index 2. If your father exicut the sale deed. Then sub registrar provide index 2
