No access to parking space in the apartment

Have got an allocated parking space in the apartment however we don't have any access to it due to unsystematic distribution of parking spaces to other owners by the builder and also there is not enough space between the building and the boundary wall so as to enable a smooth turn around of the vehicle ( car ) Problem now is that the builder is dead and his company through which we bought the flat is no more in existence. Had this been the case a rectification deed would have been able to solve our problem. And despite talking to the society members we are not being given a concrete solution. We have a car and it causes us great deal of inconvenience when it comes to parking in the apartment's premises.
The Supreme Court says registration of any flat/apartment without giving a provision of parking of four wheeler is illegal.
You can consult a lawyer near you to see whether the conditions mentioned in the sale agreement are in contradiction to what the builder has provided. If yes you can file a petition stating the contract has been violated.
