I am respondent , plaintiff filed a case(2008) and transferred the property to other persons (2018) while the case is still pending. plantiff lost the case in 2019 where judgemment is give as "the case is dismissed for default". nowt he persons to whose name property was transferred filed a new case on us as they are the owners, is it valid if the property is transferred when a case is pending in court and later the plaintiff lost the case ,where judgement came in favour of respondent.
now the new tranferees are trying to create a fake agreeement as respondent (me ) has agreed and has no objections to enjoy the property , and trying to transfer the property to other , how can i stop this, we have not made any agreement, should i need to submit an appliction to registrar or should i bring some orders from court. please give me some advice.

A.Dear Client,

Property during the pendency of a suit or proceeding cannot be transferred or otherwise dealt with by any party to the suit or proceeding so as to affect the right of any other party thereto under any decree or order which may be passed therein except under the authority of Court. The transfer of property is not valid. Hence, you can file a petition to restore the property to the respondent's name.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.
