Registration of the buying property by an NRI without visiting India Registration of the buying property by an NRI without visiting India

Mr X is working and living outside of India. His father fixed the deal of a property on behalf of Mr X. Now the property registration has to take a place. Is there any solution that the property can be registered with the help of father but the registered name should of Mr X as a buyer and owner of the property without visiting India?
For Example- Through The Indian Embassy, Mr X can send a document to complete the process of property registration on behalf of him by his father but the property will be registered on the name of Mr X and X will be the owner. Or through online taking picture of Mr X and thumb verifying through Aadhar etc.

A.Dear Client,

An NRI should give power of attorney for property purchase transactions to a person resident in India so that he or she may complete formalities such as registration, possession, execution of agreement of sale etc. A PoA can be given to execute all contracts, deeds, mortgages, lease, sell and all matters relating to managing the property. However, at any given time, it would be better to give a specific power of attorney to any person, restricted only to a single action such as only purchase or only for lease. The power of attorney should be executed on a stamp paper or as per the requirement of the country where the PoA is executed. You must then get the PoA attested by any authorized official of the Indian Embassy/Consulate/Trade commissioner in that country.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.

I have one more question : Registrar office will take photo , thumb and sign of authorised person on behalf of NRI but ownership in the government record will be of the NRI very clearly?
