my marriage going on 5yr and I have 1child 2yr but my marriage life is not happy startings and I have mentally depressed by husband he is not support and respect to me and not given time to me and my child he is drink daily and come home at late night I am very try to continue his relationship because of her family and child but he is not able and I feel not love and feeling to him and quit her relationship with him but he is not listen to me please give me right suggestions and tell me how we proov that court and how much time to get divorced and cost

A.If he is a habitual drunker then lodge a complaint with the local police station for domestic violence against him that he beats you after getting drinking. Thereafter file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty. You are entitled to get the custody of your 2 years old child along with maintenance for both. Alternatively if both of you have decided to end this marriage, then you both can get your marriage dissolved by filing an application for mutual consent divorce which takes six months.

A.Dear Madam,
First take your husband for counseling if it fails go for other options. Better file DV case and divorce. They take 6-18 months time to be finished.

A.You should read latest Apex Court Judgement.In brief two gainfully employed,self supporting adults feel that the marriage relationship is not working & brings mental stress & depression they come to end the institution of marriage it can be ended, provided, if you are able convience through your lawyer, then you can take up for quick Divorce & Seperation.

A.You should not hide his harassment. You must state all about his drinking and his coming late nights at your well wishers and your parents. You must seek solution at mediators. If you did not disclose the same it amounts to unnecessary patience and he will ride on you. So do not tolerate his acts and attitudes. You must put his behavior and temperament before elders and well wishers and find solution. If it is not possible then you must quit matrimonial house. What is your educational qualifications and can you stand on your own legs without his support you must think before going out side your family fold. Take continuous expert advocate advice.
