A.Hello
First you have to lodge police report against your uncle under domestic violence.
Then you can file a case for partition and injunction in the disputed property.
Contact vidhikarya advocate who helps u in such matter

A.Dear Client,
Apology for not writing in Hindi because Mera Hindi bahut komjor hai.
You have not mentioned the legal status of the land such as ,Quantity of land,Type of land, ROR,Rent Receipt, Electricity Bill,Water Bill,Land Holding Tax paid to the Municipality etc.You have stayed it is fine but it has to be backed by legal documents.Better you get in touch with a Civil lawyer of the Local Court along with all relevant documents and at the same time immediately lodge a FIR before the Police and retain a copy for your future reference.

A.Aap ka ush kamra par kanunan adhikar hai parantu yeh adhikar aap ko kanooni ladaye kar ke hi mil sakti hai.
jaha tak pani ki cannection ka sawal hai sarkar ke adhikari ka kahna sahi hai, parantu kanoonan aap unko badhya kar sakte hai aur yeh tab he sambho hai jab aap apne adhikar ke liye case karege.

A.first lodge a complaint with the local police station against your uncle for domestic violence as he had stopped water supply to your sharehold room. For right in the property you need to file a partition suit along with an injunction restraining him from forcibly evict you from the property. Alternatively you can also file a suit for declaration of your share title over the said property. You did not mention how your uncle had transferred the property in his name. Was there any Will? If your grandfather had died intestate then you alongwith the other surviving legal heirs are all entitled to the property. Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya for consultation.
