What proof or evidence that accused get bail in cheque bounce case. Can he produce main evidence on his witness day. Can complaint give evidence over accused given evidence on accused witnessed day.

A.Dear Client,
A person accused of committing bailable offences and arrested has "RIGHT TO BE RELEASED ON BAIL".On the other hand, A person accused of non bailable offences and arrested can also get bail and be released from custody.Non bailable offences does not mean that the accused can not bail and has to remain in jail.It only means that persons accused of non- bailable offences CAN NOT GET BAIL AS A MATTER OF RIGHT.
I am talking of principle not what evidence the accused has produced. If you want to know then let me know.
