My vehicle is covered bump-to-bumper insurance with replacement of parts. Recently left side of the vehicle had met with deep scratch es on first door ,2nd door, mirror cover and front bumper. Insurance company is ready to bear only first'door scratch only they are declining 2nd door and other repairs stating that there are few old scratches on the bottom part of the second door of the suv. Please advise how to go for justice
