Legal advice - cousin paternal grandfather left a registered will

My cousin paternal grandfather left a registered will in UP for sharing the ownership of the property 50-50 between one of his sons and my father (his nephew). The sale deed also mentioned this agreement. My cousin paternal grandfather, his son and my father are no more. My father did not update his name in "Khatauni"-- which we discovered after his demise. My cousins took advantage of this lapse and sold the property for a hefty amount of money within 3 months of my dad's passing.
1. What can I do to get my share in the property-- I don't want to sell my share of the property.
2. I've heard that the sale happened in cash and only half of the amount was disclosed in the sale deed.
What are my options

If the ancestral property is divided, you can file a title suit against the registry of the deed by virtue of which your share was sold out. If the ancestral property is undivided, you can file a suit to claim your share in consideration received from the sale of property and also a stay application for preventing your brother from selling more.
