Property Ownership - Father purchased Flat from his own salary

My Father purchased Flat from his own salary Income in name of mother (Housewife) and themselves. My mother expired and Father transfer flat ownership to me through Gift Deed. I have one sister whose name not mentioned in agreement as Nominee of Flat. I wish to sale this Flat now do I require confirmation from my sister for this sale. Request advice.

As your father acquired it through his salary and did not get it into heritance of the property. He can transfer the property through gift deed and you can sell it without any confirmation from your sister.
