My brother is not allowing my mother to stay her own house My brother is not allowing my mother to stay her own house

Myself C and my mother name is Mother(Age 68). My mother owns a house. When my elder brother (B) got married my mother let him live at her house but now my brother is not allowing my mother to stay her own house and also not giving her any money. Right now, my mother is staying with her eldest son (A). What should we do?

She wanted to her house back please advise. I had approached some lawyers, but they are saying it’s your mom’s fault that she allowed her son to stay. And if we go for case it would take 7-8 years. So how can she get her home back? Also if she hadn’t other two son’s what she would have done?

I met some advocates but they took the money but didn’t give the result or proper answers/solution. Unable to find a genuine lawyer or advocate? Also let me know how to find the good lawyer/advocate?

A.Your Mother has a right to stay in her own house. She can lodge a Police. complaint against her elder son and daughter in law for restraining her in entering her house as it is a criminal act. Also, she can approach the Court under the Sr. Citizen Act and claim relief from the Court.

Hope this might be useful for you.
