A.If the son dies intestate then his aged parents shall get a share along with his wife in respect of the properties acquired by the said son. If there are children then the properties of the said son shall be equally divided among the parents, wife and his children.

A.Mother and Father are the cLass 1 Legal heir and have equal share in the property along with the daughter in law, if the Family is governed by Hindu Succession Act. I assume that the parties are Hindu.
