Neighbours who have falsely accused us Neighbours who have falsely accused us

Sir/Madam , few days ago our neighbours filed a complain on us due to their damage of their car , falsely accusing us with a wrong proof matter. Plus , we live in a building where the common place i.e down open place and anybody can do so anything. We planted some plants around and these neighbours used to park their car near our plants. Narrating the view of point is sometimes their car is parked too close to our plants that when they step out of the car , they tend to break the plants. So we placed stones and other thorns and broken glasses around and made a boundary so that they wouldn't break more the plants. But these neighbours think it has we have made a boundary for us and think "it's our property". Nobody did say it was our property , the boundary was adjusted because of the plants protection. But they went to police and said false things about us , claiming we threw stones at their car , we destroyed their car and etc. They had proof , which they did show it to the police , and in that proof there were no signs of harm done to their car. But police believed their alibi , because they bribed them obviously. When we went to defend ourselves , the neighbours manipulated the police thinking we are culprit. Now my question is what should I do about this? How to report it back claiming they have falsely accused us the whole time?

A.Hi client,

Immediately contact an advocate and lodge a counter case against them. If there is no such prove against you and still the false FIR has been lodged , you need to fight it out legally. Once in the evidence stage it is proved that everything was a false representation, there case will be dismissed and you can now make them suffer with the help of the judicial system for their wrong deed.

Thanks and Regards
