I have original document of "agreement to sell" which was registered with competent authority with 45 days of flat booking. Can you please help me to advise how should i collect or recieve the original sale deed ?

A.Ask your builder to provide you the drafting of the sale deed and then get it registered from the same competent authority on the basis of the registered sale agreement you are already possessing.

A.Hi client,

You will receive the Sale deed from the promoter after they completely hand over to you the property by registering it.
Before that you can ask for the draft deed to let your advocate review the same once.

Thanks and Regards

A.Hello Client,

As you described you have only registered an agreement to sell thus, you only have a document for the agreement to sell, firstly, you have to register your property then you will get a sale deed. you need volume no and deed no to get the original sale deed from the registered office.

kindly ask your developer/ builder to register your flat in your name as soon as possible since it's his responsibility.

Thanks & Regards
