GPA holder rights

My mother has given a GPA of her property to me in the year 2013, which i have sold in the same year, but the I did taken any amount from the party, infact my family relative have taken total amount from the party in cash only, i didn't take any amount in my account not cash, can my mother cancel the GPA and take the legal rights of the property now. Thank you
