Property Bought as Indian National now selling as Foreign National

bought a property in Mumbai 12 years back as an Indian national, I am now living abroad and am Australian Citizen. If i sell the property now what percentage of tax will be applied? \n\nIs the Tax applicable only to Capital Gains minus inflation or full property value? Will take OCI card help in anyway selling the property or reducing Tax?
