Refund from builder

I bought a flat in 2020 for 35 lakhs.. I initially paid 24 lakhs to the builder.. Later when I wasn't able to pay the remaining balance the builder sold the property to someone else and told me he would refund my money..
Unfortunately, I lost the sale and cancellation agreement...
Is there any way to get my money back? I made online payments to the builder which is the only proof I have..

The sub-registrar office where you registered the agreement, you can get a certified copy of the selling agreement. And you can use that to refund the money.
