Property Dispute between brothers Property Dispute between brothers

My father's family i.e My Father, Mother, Sister and me are living together as a joint family for around 15/20 years. My uncle and aunt doesn't have any children (just for information). Both the families want to be seperated due to daily disputes but we are waiting for our house to be sold at a decent amount. My uncle wants to sell property fast at even a low rate but we cannot accept selling at a low rate as that's our only survival money for another home. They are torturing us daily with their words and threatening they'll take a wrong step for their life and give our name, if not.. sell property quickly. What should be done in this matter

A.Hello Client,
You can file a petition asking for nonalienation of the property and consult an advocate for the same. Hope this helps.
