how to get parking from builder how to get parking from builder

Hi sir/ma'am
I bought a flat in a society in 2019. At that time builder asked for more money for a covered parking space. but I refused a parking space because I don't have a car, so in the registry, it was mentioned no parking.
but now I bought a car. and I need a covered parking space. so how can I take parking from a builder? can the builder ask for money again? is I have to pay any charges?
please tell me all the legal aspects of getting parking from the builder.
