i am Hindu .i did love marriage . my wife parents r never accept me they don't like me. my marriage done in 2012 . in 2015 my son was born. in 2016 my wife parents meet from their started complications.in 2021 Jan. she left the home i asked her so many times to come back . every time she is saying some unnecessary reasons every time. i talked their parents in 2021 Feb. .but their response is very bad. saying to stay away me . our daughter wont come back . stays hear only. i asked my wife. r u interested to come or not her replay was .No. my son is not willing to stay with my wife he is 8 years old he is very close to me . when aver he meets. i said we will take divorce then . she is saying iam good hear only wont come back .u stay like that only . what should i do now iam privet employ . 10k salary what should i do help me out .where to hom to ask i dont know . iam alone with my old mother

u may first get issue a notice under section 9 of HMA Act, and thereafter file a Divorce case. So that, u can get divorce easily. U have to file a separate case for permanent child custody.
