What are the legal aspect which should be check before taking any properties through auction. Where are the chances of fraud. What should be verified before purchase of auction properties.

In the recent days, It is not advisable to purchase properties under public auction by Bankers. Because, such properties being involved in many cases having obtained loans from Different Banks. If u r ready to face the litigations and if the purchase price is 50% of the market price, then u may go for it.
