My parents have done all payment of the house & are staying there since 1995,My parents have aadhar card, passport , voterid all in the same addres swhere they are staying since 1995.
Now suddenly mama has filled court case against ask seeking possession of the flat. Matter is in the district court since last 3 years.
my parents are heart patients & of age 80 plus, at this age they have to run in courts for hearings for last 3 years. we have all proof of payments of the flat, property tax payment & also since they are staying in the flat for last 20 years , as per law they are owners . it is torture for them to run in courts at age of 82. pls. advise how to expedite the court judgement & less torture & harassment for senior citizens
