Property locked by co-owner
There are three joint owners of a house having two floors. It is un partitioned property. Since from a year one co-owner locked one floor without the consent of others thereby not allowing others to use the same. Please suggest what legal action can be taken in this case ?
A.Dear Client,
You can file a suit in the court. As you said that property in not partitioned so it is illegal for the co-owner to lock the floor without consulting others.
Hope, it is helpful
