AS MY ANCISTRAL PROPERTY AT WARDHA AND MY FATHER MENSIONED IT IN HIS WEEL AS IS IT GIVEN TO MY BROTHER AS THE WEEL MADE BEFORE 2005 AND MY BROTHER SELLOUT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THE NOC OF SISTERS ....... IS IT POSSIBLE

A.Dear Sir,
If there is no partition and it was coming from four generations then your brother cannot sell the property. Please see the following definition of ancestral property.

A.There is no requirement of NOC from the sisters because firstly the property was registered in your brothers name with your father's will and secondly this was done before 2005.
