Hi

I have shortlisted a apartment for that BPS building penalizing scheme was applied in the year 2008 for the whole building and got regularized in the year 2012 but actually during that time there was no building existing on the ground at that period( i.e. BPS approved for the building before its construction) Now building is constructed in the year 2019 as per the old BPS regualrized plan. I request you to suggest me to purchase the apartment or not

Since BPS approved the building before its construction and that too without your knowledge, it might be risky to purchase such a building, however it's totally upon your own discretion to buy that or not
