Buyer sent notice to terminate agreement Buyer sent notice to terminate agreement

I have made a agreement to sell my part of land in my ancestors collective land. I took 400000 I advance. There is kul on my 7/12 so buyer ask me to remove it. I have to bring my brother's and remove kul from 7/12 before we make final transfer of ownership. There was no mention of date on agreement about purchasing. But now after 3 month buyer sent me a notice to repay his advance with penalty and accused me of breach of agreement. They said I had to produce some documents to them in 3 month's time but agreement dose not contain any such Clause of time. I have spent most of advance money for medical expenses and I am in no position to repay back. I just want that sell to get successful. What should I do now.. Please guide me.

A.Dear Sir,
Just ignore such notice and let the other side go to the Court and prolong the matter at the time of trial of the suit and at last he may buy the property.

A.Hello Sir,
It is the responsibility of the seller to do all the things in the reasonable time even if it is not mentioned in the agreement. You can't say that since the time was not mentioned in there so I will do it according to my will. You should have asked the buyer to tell you the time.
