We, a group of 4 relatives constructed a 4 floor storied residential building consisting of 4 flats (each floor has one flat) with stilt floor and terrace. We want to enter into a simple agreement amongst us to maintain the building, common areas, lift, garden etc. Should we form a registered association or simple agreement listing all the welfare activities and duties will suffice. The building is located in Hyderabad, TS.
