Cheque bounce scenario Cheque bounce scenario

A know person had taken a loan of 2 lakhs from me with the agreement that he would pay a certain amount every month. For this we had made an agreement and he even issued post dated cheque. Towards the expiry of agreement Sep 2022, this person requested me to extend the agreement due to his ill health. We renewed the agreement with the clause that he would return 1 lakh after 6 months and the remaining 1 lakh at the expiry of agreement. I have two cheques for the same. One of the check is due in Mar 23.
If the cheque bounces will i be able to make a criminal case and get my money back especially since the person is saying he is sick.

A.Hello Sir,
According the agreement you have increased the time of the payment of money. If the cheque is issued According to the clause of agreement Nad if it is not breaching it then you can sue him for cheque bounce.
