Hi i am the only child of my parents. My father passed away on 5th February,2023.The property deed (dalil) of our house has the name of my Father (in d 1st) and my mother. Only the three of us have been staying in the house from the beginning of time. The house was built by my parents in 2000. As the only daughter (33 years old), do i have absolute inheritance rights over our house? My dad did not leave any will . Can i obtain injunction order from court(as a legal heir) to put restraining order on my mom,if she decides to deprive me of our house or of she sells it to anybody or donate to some trust? Can i send her a legal notice.Kindly help

A.Hello ma'am,
Section 9 and 10 of The Hindu Succession Act,1956 talks about order of succession among heirs in the schedule and Distribution of property among heirs in class 1. So being in class 1 heirs you and your mother will get the property. You can't be the only legal heir of the property.
