During my phase of chronic depression, I had gone almost bipolar with suicidal tendencies here, and thus I developed a habit of smoking in my bathroom because people at home were complaining about my smoking so I took it to the bathroom where the smoke is much less in the house but then I heard an upstairs neighbour suddenly taunting about me smoking because I think the smoke or just the smoke smell reaches her bathroom are there any legal ramifications? Cause I'm smoking in my own flat I don't want to cause any issues to anyone I mean I have had enough on my plate as it is, I'm just trying to mind my own business here I was smoking for like 8 to 9 months, not a peep, and suddenly I hear her taunting today of all days. I mean I have heard them play music in the bathroom as well and it gets annoying for me too but I have never complained. On an off chance, that I do continue smoking throughout my life. Once I live alone I obviously will smoke in my hall room or in my bathroom but in my own flat but then there'll be like more neighbours complaining about smoke/smoke smell. So what should I do?
