How ro inherit my great-grandfather's property?

Recently, i came to know that my great-grandfather had a property and people are willing buy it. However, we do not have contact with other children of great-grandfather and do not know whether they are alive or dead. Can we do anything with the property or how my father can inherit it?

A.Hello sir,
Your father can not inherit property because a son can claim father's property when father is alive in this case after proving his succession. When it comes to self acquired property, the law does not give any right to son to acquire father's property during his lifetime, unless the son can prove his contribution towards the acquisition of propertyproperty.
